摘要
目的探讨器械颜色标识在眼科手术器械精细化管理中的应用。方法根据医生对手术器械的个性化需求,以及手术室各专业组对手术器械的管理要求,以不同的颜色标识对眼科手术器械进行管理,观察其实施效果。结果实施前后消毒供应中心工作人员回收、分类手术器械的时间对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);实施前后手术医生对器械管理的满意度对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论颜色标识简单、方便,可以提高工作效率,实现器械精细化管理,提高医生满意度。
Objective Discuss the application of instrument color identification in meticulous management of oph- thalmic surgical instruments. Methods According to the doctor＇s personalized demand for surgical instruments and the man- agement requirements of the professional groups in operation room, the management of ophthalmic surgical instruments in dif- ferent colors was observed, and the effect was observed. Results Comparing of the time before and after the implementation of the central sterile supply staff recovery, classification of surgical instruments, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0. 001 ）; The surgeon satisfaction of comparison before and after the implementation of equipment management, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 O. 001 ）. Conclusion Color identification is simple and convenient, which can improve work efficiency and realize equipment meticulous management, improve physician satisfaction.
