摘要
目前传染病仍是危害人类健康、导致死亡的重要原因。建立高通量、快速、可靠、经济的病原微生物诊断技术平台可为传染病病原体的诊断提供技术储备。笔者详细介绍了液相芯片技术的原理、优点,并对该技术在传染病病原体筛查方面的应用进展作一综述,表明其可用作传染病病原体的高通量检测平台。
At present, infectious diseases are still harmful to human health and important causes of death. The estab- lishment of a high - throughput, fast, reliable and economical pathogenic microbiological diagnostic technology platform pro- vides a technical reserve for pathogen diagnosis of infectious diseases. In this paper, the principle and advantages of Iiquichip technology are introduced in detail, and the application of this technology in the screening of infectious disease pathogens is reviewed, which shows that it can be used as a high -through put detection platform for infectious disease pathogens.
