关节镜配合离子刀、碘酒双重灭活治疗早期膝关节滑膜软骨瘤病16例

The Treatment Early of 16 Knee Joint Synovial Chondromatosis with Arthroscopy with Ion Knife and Iodine Double Annihilated

目的探讨关节镜清理并离子刀、碘酒双重灭活治疗早期膝关节滑膜软骨瘤病的疗效。方法回顾性分析2007年11月—2012年3月我院运用关节镜诊治16例早期膝关节滑膜软骨瘤病的临床资料,本组病例术后随访14~52个月,平均随访32.2个月,采用膝关节活动度、膝关节Lysholm评分、影像学及复发率评估疗效。结果随访结果,3例轻度屈膝疼痛,所有病例无关节积液,术后活动度及功能明显改善(P<0.001),术后1年例行复查MRI及X线片,均未见复发,亦无软骨、半月板、韧带退化征象。结论关节镜清理并离子刀、碘酒双重灭活是治疗早期膝关节滑膜软骨瘤病的安全有效的方法。

Objective To investigate the effect of arthroscopic debridement with ion knife and iodine double annihi- lated to early synovial chondromatosis in the treatment of knee joint. Methods A retrospective analysis from November 2007 to March 2012 in our hospital with arthroscopic diagnosis and treatment of 16 cases of early knee synovial chondromatosis of＇ the clinical data of the patients were followed up for 14 - 52 months, average 32.2 months of follow - up, the knee joint, knee joint Lysholm score and imaging evaluation of curative effect and recurrence rate. Results The results of follow - up, 3 cases of mild knee pain, all cases without joint effusion, activity and function improved significantly after surgery （P 〈 0. 001 ） , after 1 years of routine MRI and X - ray examination, no recurrence, no cartilage, meniscus, ligament degeneration signs. Conclusion Arthroscopic debridement and ion knife, double iodine inactivated is early treatment of knee joint synovi- al chondromatosis of the safe and effective method.
