摘要 目的评价在根管显微镜下配合超声技术处理根管内器械分离的效果。方法在根管显微镜下配合超声工作尖建立直线通路,对分离器械进行处理。结果 25个患牙根管内折断器械被成功取出并完成根管治疗21例,成功率为84%。断针位于根中1/3处成功率为100%,断针位于根下1/3取出成功率为69%。结论从折断的部位来看,分离器械位于弯曲以上取出成功率高,位于弯曲以下取出成功率较低。 Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of using ultrasonic instruments under dental operating micro- scope removal within the root canal. Methods A straight - line pathway was established under endodontic microscope with ultrasonic tip, and the instrument separation was processed. Results Broken instruments in 25 teeth were removed and the endodontic treatment was performed. The overall success rate was 84%. While broken needles were in the upper 1/3 postion of root canal, the success rate is 100% ; Broken needles in the lower 1/3postion the success rate is 69%. Conclusion From the view of the broken position, the success rate of extraction is higher when separated instruments placed below the bending postiong.
