补肾调冲法联合西药治疗多囊卵巢综合征对卵细胞质量影响及疗效分析

Tonifying kidney and regulating vessel method combined western medicine in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome effect on ovum quality and curative effect analysis

目的分析比较补肾调冲法联合西药治疗多囊卵巢综合征对卵细胞质量影响及疗效。方法选择我院2015年1月-2016年1月收治的多囊卵巢综合征患者90例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各45例。观察组采用补肾调冲法联合克罗米芬治疗,对照组采用克罗米芬治疗;分析比较2组患者HCG注射日单个卵E2水平、子宫内膜厚度、主导卵泡搏动指数及卵泡膜血流阻力指数;排卵及未破裂卵泡黄素化综合征发生率、治疗疗效。结果观察组的单个卵E2水平、子宫内膜厚度、排卵率、明显高于对照组(P均<0.05);观察组的PI、RI水平及LUFS发生率明显低于对照组(P均<0.05);观察组治疗无效率低于对照组,治疗总有效率观察组明显高于对照组,2组比较差异显著,有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论补肾调冲法联合西药治疗多囊卵巢综合征,可以明显地改善血清雌激素水平和子宫内膜厚度,提高排卵率和治疗效果。

Objective To compare tonifying kidney and regulating vessel method combined western medicine in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome effect on ovum quality and curative effect. Methods Choose 90 cases of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome hospitalized in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 45 cases for each group. Observation group was treated by using tonifying kidney and regulating vessel method combined clomiphene, control group adopts clomiphene treatment; Analysis and compare two groups of patients with single egg E2 level endometrial thickness, dominant follicle pulsation index and theca blood flow resistance index on the HCG injection day and the incidence and unruptured follicle ovulation luf syndrome, treatment efficacy. Results Single egg E2 level, endometrial thickness, ovulation rate were significantly higher than the control group（P 0.05）; PI, RI levels and incidence of LUFS of observation group were significantly lower than the control group（P0.05）; inefficiency rate of observation group is lower than the control group, and its total effective rate is significantly higher than the control group,comparison has significant difference（P 0.05）. Conclusion Tonifying kidney and regulating vessel method combined western medicine in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome can obviously improve the serum estrogen level and endometrial thickness, improve ovulation rate and the treatment effect.
