龟甲的强骨活性研究进展

Study progress on the bony activity of testudinis

龟甲始载于《神农本草经》,具有滋阴潜阳,益肾强骨之功效,临床用龟甲治疗骨病有很久的历史。通过查阅文献进行分析,发现与龟甲补肾健骨相关的疾病包括骨质疏松、膝骨关节炎,龟甲能促进软骨细胞增殖,促进骨髓间充质干细胞增殖、分化为成骨细胞来防治骨病。故本文从龟甲防治骨病相关疾病及其作用机制进行综述。

The testudinis was contained in the ＂Shen Nong＇ s herbal classic＂. It has the effect of nourishing yin and suppressing yang, benefiting kidney and strengthening bone, clinical use of testudinis to treat bone disease has a long history. According to the literature review, it was found that the diseases related to kidney and bone formation of testudinis include osteoporosis, knee osteoarthritis, testudinis can promote the proliferation of bone marrow chondrocytes, promote the proliferation of mesenchymal stem cells, and differentiate into osteoblasts to prevent and cure bone diseases.Therefore, this paper summarized from the testudinis related diseases and its mechanism of prevention and treatment.
