痛泻要方对腹泻型肠易激综合征模型大鼠肠道敏感性影响的研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的从肠道敏感性途径探讨痛泻要方对IBS-D模型大鼠内脏高敏感性的影响作用。方法将32只雄性SD大鼠随机分为4组:空白对照组,模型对照组,痛泻要方组,阳性对照组。采用0.5%醋酸灌肠法建立IBS-D内脏高敏感大鼠模型。痛泻要方组予痛泻要方灌胃,阳性对照组予格拉司琼腹腔注射。2周后用气囊直肠刺激和腹壁回缩反射法观察各组大鼠的内脏高敏感性。结果在20、40和60 mm Hg压力的直肠气囊扩张刺激时,模型对照组的AWR评分均高于空白对照组(P<0.05)。痛泻要方组与阳性对照组,在20、40和60 mm Hg时,其AWR评分均低于模型对照组(P<0.05)。结论痛泻要方能够有效地改善IBS-D模型大鼠的临床症状,其机制在于通过脑-肠轴调节降低IBS-D模型大鼠的内脏高敏感性。 Objective To study on the influence of Pain and Diarrhea Formula on intestinal sensitivity of IBS-D model rats. Methods 32 male SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: blank control group, model control group, Pain and Diarrhea Formula group and positive control group. The IBS-D visceral hypersensitivity rat model was established by 0.5% acetic acid enema. The rats in the Pain and Diarrhea Formula group were given lavage, the positive control group was injected intraperitoneally with granisetron.After 2 weeks, the visceral hypersensitivity of each group was observed by balloon rectal stimulation and abdominal retraction reflex. Results The AWR score of the model control group was higher than that of the blank control group at 20, 40 and 60 mm Hg(P 0.05), The AWR scores of the Pain and Diarrhea Formula group and the positive control group were lower than that of the model control group at 20 mm Hg, 40 mm Hg and 60 mm Hg(P 0.05). Conclusion Pain and Diarrhea Formula can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of IBS-D model rats, and its mechanism is to reduce the visceral hypersensitivity of IBS-D model rats by brain-intestinal axis regulation.
