分筋点穴推拿法治疗第三腰椎橫突综合征 被引量:5

摘要 目的比较分筋点穴推拿手法与电脑中频治疗仪治疗第三腰椎横突综合征的临床疗效。方法本次研究选取了符合入组标准的患有第三腰椎横突综合征的受试者一共60例,采用随机数字表法对患者进行随机分为2组。治疗组采用分筋点穴推拿手法治疗,对照组采用电脑中频治疗仪治疗,均治疗3个疗程,治疗前及治疗后统计观察结果。结果根据疗效判定标准,治疗组的总有效率为83.3%,对照组的总有效率为73.3%。经统计学分析治疗组临床医疗效果较对照组具有显著性差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论治疗组选用的分筋点穴推拿手法与对照组选用的电脑中频治疗仪治疗对第三腰椎橫突综合征都有一定的疗效,但是分筋点穴推拿手法对治疗第三腰椎橫突综合征的治疗效果更佳。 Objective To compare the clinical curative effect of tendon-relaxing and acupoint-pressing tuina and computer intermediate frequency therapeutic apparatus on the third lumbar transverse process syndrome. Methods In this study, a total of 60 patients with third lumbar transverse process syndrome were selected and randomly assigned to two groups by random number table. The treatment group was treated with tendon-relaxing and acupoint-pressing tuina, the control group was treated with computer intermediate frequency therapeutic apparatus. All the patients were treated for 3 courses, and the results were observed before and after treatment. Results According to the criteria of curative effect, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.3%, and the control group was 73.3%. After statistical analysis, the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly different from that of the control group, with statistical significance(P0.05). Conclusion Both treatments of tendon-relaxing and acupoint-pressing tuina and computer intermediate frequency therapeutic apparatus has a certain effect, but tendon-relaxing and acupoint-pressing tuina has better effect on the third lumbar transverse process syndrome treatm ent.
