摘要
建立某商用汽车空气滤清器前进气道的数值计算模型,基于CFD-DPM方法对进气道内气-液两相流进行了数值模拟,计算了不同格栅角度和有无挡雨片时进气道的压力损失及分离效率,另外,还计算了格栅角度为30°、有挡雨片时前进气道对不同粒径液滴的分离效率。结果表明:对于无论是否加挡雨片的前进气道,随着格栅角度的减小,前进气道压力损失及其对液滴的分离效率逐渐增大;对于一定的格栅角度,加挡雨片时的压力损失要比未加挡雨片时的压力损失大300 Pa左右,加挡雨片时前进气道对液滴的分离效率要比未加挡雨片的前进气道对液滴的分离效率高30%左右。
The numerical model of the front intake pipe of an air filter for a commercial vehicle was established, and the gas-liquid two-phase flow was simulated based on the CFD-DPM method. The pressure drop and separation efficiency of the front intake pipe with different grille angles and with or without the rain shield were calculated. In addition, the separation efficiency of different droplet sizes in the front intake pipe with 30 o grille angle and the rain shield were also calculated. The results showed that with the decrease of the grille angle, the intake pipe pressure drop and the separation efficiency of the droplets gradually increased, whether adding the rain shield or not. For a certain grille angle, the pressure drop of the intake pipe with the rain shield was about 300 Pa higher than that of the intake pipe without the rain shield, and the separation efficiency of the intake pipe with the rain shield was about 30% higher than that of the intake pipe without the rain shield.
