摘要
随着膜技术的发展,膜法逐渐成为目前水处理行业主要的制水方式。其中,超滤膜作为主要设备,其优劣直接影响着产水水质。目前,市售超滤膜组件品牌众多,主要以内、外压式为主。从膜材质、成膜工艺、膜孔及组件结构、操作方式及能耗等方面对两种主要的超滤方式进行了对比。
With the development of membrane technology, membrane process has gradually become the main method in water treatment industries. As the key equipment, ultrafiltration(UF) membrane has a direct impact on the water quality. At present, there are so many brands of UF membrane modules for sale, pressure driven inside-out(PDI) and pressure driven outsidein(PDO) are two mainstream structures. In this paper, the two main UF methods were compared from the aspects of membrane material, film forming process, membrane pore and component structure, operation mode and energy consumption.
