摘要
介观物理已发展为凝聚态理论的一个重要分支,处于介观尺寸下的量子相干行为而产生的量子涨落现象是介观系统的重要特性之一。重点探析了典型的介观电路系统中量子涨落的影响参数,从而找出影响因素,最后阐述其发展趋势。
Mesoscopic system represents a major field of condensed matter physics. The quantum fluctuation produced by quantum coherence is one of the important properties of mesoscopic system. In this paper, the parameters correlativity with quantum fluctuation in typical mesoscopic circuits sys- tem are analyzed, and the influencing factors are pointed out. The future development trends in study of them are proposed finally.
