摘要
采用了有限元法对汽轮机联轴器液压套装过程进行仿真计算,得出了联轴器套装所需的张开油压和推进油压,并与车间实际使用的油压数值和理论计算值进行对比分析,以验证有限元计算的准确性。
In this paper, the hydraulic assembling process of the steam turbine coupling is simulated by the finite element method, and the pressure of the expanding oil and the pushing oil is calculated during the assembling process. Moreover, the result is compared with the actual operating value and the theoretical value, in order to verify the accuracy of the finite element calculation.
