翻车机本体的运动仿真及应力分析

摘要 针对翻车机运行环境恶劣、受力复杂、难以直接进行力学分析的问题,通过对双翻翻车机进行三维建模、载荷分析,采用运动仿真及有限元方法,分析翻车机本体托车梁、靠车辆、压车梁及端环应力,从而得到各工况下的应力云图及变形云图,从而为翻车机运行的研究提供理论依据。 Aiming at problems such as the bad operating environment, complex stress, and difficult to conduct mechanical a- nalysis directly for car dumper, the three dimensional modeling and load analysis on double tipper are conducted in this paper, and the body supporting beam, leaning beam, clamping beam and end ring stress are analyzed with motion simulation and fi- nite element method, thus the stress nephogram and deformation nephogram under different working conditions are obtained, which would provide theoretical basis for research of the car dumper operation.
