摘要 人员闸门是核电站安全壳压力边界的构成部分之一,人员闸门在设计工况下启闭操作的安全性和可靠性至关重要。使用微小矩形橡胶弹簧组合理论,建立截面压缩变形在20%以内的O形橡胶圈的压紧力与变形量的近似函数关系式。根据人员闸门的通行尺寸及操作时间等要求来估算锁紧机构中二级直齿圆柱齿轮传动和曲柄滑块的详细参数。利用Adams软件建立人员闸门锁紧机构的1/2虚拟样机模型,通过动力学和运动学仿真分析,得出门插销的位移、速度和加速度及手轮操作力矩,为人员闸门在设计工况下启闭操作的安全性和可靠性提供了支撑。 Personnel airlock is tree part of the containment pressure boundary in nuclear power plant, the safety and reliability of open aml close operation of the personnel airlock under design eondition are very important. In this article, the tiny rectan- gular rubber spring combination theory is used to establish the approximate formula of pressing foree and deformation when the rubber O-ring's section is reduced within 20%. Then, according to the requirements like transit size and operating time of personnel airlock, the detailed parameters of two-staged gear and crauk-slider in the locking mechanism are estimated. By means of the ADAMS software, the virtual prototype model of one-half of the locking mechanism is built. Through the kine- matics anad dynamics sinmlatima analysis, the displacement, velocity and acceleration of door latch, and the operating torque of hand wheel are obtained. The article would provide an effective support for the safety and reliability of personnel airlock when the doors are opened and closed in the design couditiou.
