轴承内圈冷辗扩力能参数及变形机理研究

摘要 为研究轴承内圈冷辗扩力能参数和变形机理,利用限元软件Deform建立了轴承内圈的冷辗扩过程数值仿真模型,对多组模型进行了数值计算,探究了内圈冷辗扩过程的变形机理。在不同工艺参数下进行了冷碾扩实验,分析所采集的参数,得出辗扩力的影响规律,并实验验证了这些规律。 In order to study the force energy parameters and deformation mechanism of cold ring rolling of bearing inner ring, a numerical simulation model for the bearing inner ring of coht rolling process was established by using the FEM software De- form in this paper. The model had been analyzed under multiple sets of process parameters. The influence of technological pa- rameters on tile rolling force was analyzed. The deformation mechanism of inner ring cold rolling process was explored. The biggest influence on the rolling process is the core roll feed rate. Finally, the experimental verification was carried out on the XS-50 type precision ring rolling machine. The numerical simulation could provide the theoretical basis for the actual produc- tion process.
