摘要
机载计算机与飞机的后紧定多为销/销套组合,在使用过程中过度的磨损会给机载计算机带来一定程度的危害。材料是决定磨损量的重要影响因素,通过研究磨损类型、特点、机理并对比材料性质,提出了航空材料手册推荐及实际应用中常用适合机载计算机销/销套的材料的确定方案,为进一步选择合适的材料减少磨损,提高产品可靠性提供参考。
Most of the back tight settle between airborne computer and airplane is pin/pin bush, and the excessive wear of pin/pin bush during use will bring negative effects to the airborne computer. Material is a significant effect factor of determi- ning the wear extent. Through researching on the wear types, features, mechanisms, and comparing the material properties, the determination solutions which are suitable for determining the commonly used pin/pin bush material of airborne computer recommended in the aviation material handbook and in practical applications are put forward. It provides references ibr further selection of suitable materials to reduce the wear and to improve the product reliability.
