摘要
为解决低产气井的积液问题,设计了新的排液采气试验装置,适用于研究钢丝驱动工具排液采气工艺与模拟不同产气量、积液情况的气井工况。设计了试验装置的具体结构。为优化排液采气工艺,设计开发了一系列的试验项目,通过数据分析说明其可行性,使试验装置成为一种多功能的、综合性的场内试验装置。
In order to solve the problem of fluid accumulation in low production gas wells, a new test device for drainage has been designed, which is suitable for studying drainage by steel wire driving tool and simulating gas well conditions with differ- ent gas production and fluid accumulation. The basic structure of the test device is also designed in this paper. In order to op- timize the drainage process, a series of test items is designed and developed, and its feasibility is illustrated through data anal- ysis. Thus it would make the test device becomin~ a multi-functional and comprehensive test device.
