CO_2气体保护焊双盘连续送丝机构的研制

摘要 介绍了当前焊接技术的应用前景及焊接材料的用量需求;分析了现有的CO_2气体保护焊设备存在的问题以及造成的不良影响;介绍了一种新型的CO_2气体保护焊设备,该设备是在原有设备的基础上将原来的单盘送丝结构改进为双盘连续送丝结构,实现了自动化生产、保证焊接质量、降低焊材损耗率、节约生产成本、提高经济效益、减少环境污染等目的。 The application prospect of welding technology and the demand of welding materials are introduced in this paper; the existing problems and adverse effects of CO2 gas shielded welding equipment are then analyzed. A new kind of welding e- quipment for CO2 gas protection is introduced, which is based on the original equipment and then improved the original single disc feeding structure to double disk continuous wire feeding so as to realize the purposes of automation production, guarantee- ing the welding quality, reducing the loss rate of welding material, saving the production cost, improving the economic effi- ciency, reducing the environmental pollution, and so on.
