核电站反应堆冷却剂主泵叶轮加热装置设计与应用

摘要 为实现反应堆冷却剂泵(简称"主泵")自主化维修,缩短主泵叶轮检修时间,现场检修人员通过对主泵结构和主泵叶轮检修工艺的分析,应用热力学方法设计了采用四周式布置大功率加热器的加热装置。同时根据设计的装置特点和现场的风险,制定特定的使用方法和操作风险控制措施。经现场验证,该套装置可用于主泵叶轮加热,有效实现了主泵叶轮的检修更换。 In order to realize independent maintenance of the reactor coolant pump (" pump" for short) and cut down the overhaul time of impeller, a heating device with surrounding high-power heaters layout is designed through analysis of the main pump structure and the impeller repairing process by using the method of thermodynamics. Meanwhile, according to the characteristics of equipment and the on-site risk, the specific operating instructions and the operational risk control measures are formulated. It is proved that the equipment can be used in heating the reactor coolant impeller, and thus maintenance and replacement of the impeller can be effectively realized.
