摘要
分析了某型号轧机主传动轴断裂事故原因,确诊该轴断裂为疲劳断裂,进行疲劳校核发现理论设计的疲劳强度足够,是由于表面裂纹等缺陷过大导致的疲劳失效。针对此类事故,提出在日常检修中增加重要传动轴关键部位裂纹评估,实践表明这一举措可以有效排查此类事故。
In this paper, the fracture reason of the main drive shaft in a certain type of mill is analyzed, and the fracture rea- son of the shaft is diagnosed as the fatigue fracture. It is found through the fatigue check that the fatigue strenth of theory de- sign is good enough, yet the fatigue failure is caused by excessive surface cracks and other defects. In order to avoid this kind of accidents, cracks evaluation about the key parts of the important transmission shaft should be put forward in the routine ma- intenance. Practice has shown that this measure can effectively investigate such incidents.
