基于转录组数据的油茶WRKY转录因子序列分析 被引量:5

摘要 为给有针对性地深入研究油茶WRKY转录因子及植物萜类物质合成的遗传改良提供科学依据,以果实膨大期和油脂转化高峰期的油茶种仁为试材构建转录组数据库,通过基因注释分析筛选出4条WRKY转录因子基因序列,然后采用生物信息学软件对其进行分析。结果表明,这4条WRKY基因与已知调控萜类代谢的植物WRKY基因功能结构域高度保守,而且分属于WRKY-1、WRKY-2、WRKY-3型,其中Unigene61424和Unigene2093所属的分支包含调控萜类代谢的WRKY基因。 In order to provide scientific basis for further study on WRKY transcription factors in Camellia oleifera and genetic improvement of plant terpenoids synthesis, transcription database were collected using C. oleifera seeds during fruit enlargement stage and peak stage of oil conversion. Four WRKY Unigenes were screened by gene annotation analysis. Through bioinformatics analysis, structure domains of the four WRKY Unigenes were highly conserved with other plant WRKY transcription factors related to terpenoid metabolism. The four WRKYUnlgenes were classified to WRKY-1, WRKY- 2 and WRKY-3. Unigene61424 and Unigene2093 were classified to terpenoids metabolism WRKY genes branch.
