摘要
通过探讨灵武长枣种植基地土壤养分与果实品质之间的相关关系,为种植基地合理施肥、提高肥料利用效率提供理论依据。采集灵武长枣种植基地土壤与果实样品各45份,测定土壤养分与果实品质指标,采用多元统计分析方法,筛选影响果实品质的主要土壤养分因子。结果表明:灵武长枣种植基地土壤有机质含量与N、P、K等养分含量呈正相关,与果实单果质量、可溶性固形物、可溶性糖、VC含量也呈正相关。不同土壤养分与果实品质间的相关系数不同,其中灵武长枣果实单果质量与土壤全氮、速效钾呈正相关;可溶性固形物含量与有机质、有效铁、有效钙呈正相关;可定滴酸含量与碱解氮呈正相关,与全磷、有效锰、有效钙、有效镁呈负相关;可溶性糖含量受全氮、碱解氮、速效磷、速效钾、有效铁、有效锰、有效钙、有效铜、有效镁及全盐的共同作用;VC含量与有机质、全氮、有效锰、有效钙呈正相关,与全磷呈负相关。灵武长枣果实品质受多个土壤养分因子影响,其中有机质含量是主要影响因子,建议在生产中通过增施有机肥、提高土壤有机质来提高果实品质。
Relationships between soil nutrients of planting base and fruit quality in Zizyphusjujube Lingwuchangzao were discussed, to provide some theoretical basises for reasonably fertilizering and enhancing fertilizer utilization efficiency of planting base. 45 soil and fruit samples were collected from planting base, soil nutrients and fruit quality indexes were determined, and main soil nutrient factors impacting fruit quality were selected by using the method of multivariate statistical analysis.The results suggested that in the planting base, organic matter content in soil was positively correlated with contents of N, P and K. It also had positive correlations with mass per fruit, soluble solids content, soluble sugar content and Vc content. Different soil nutrients had different correlation coefficients with fruit quality. Mass per fruit was positively correlated with total N and available K contents in soil. Soluble solids had positive correlations with organic matters, available Fe and available Ca in soil. Titratable acid was positively correlated with alkali-hydrolyzable N, but negatively correlated with total P, available Mn, available Ca and available Mg. Soluble sugar content was impacted by total N, alkali-hydrolyzable N, available P, available K, available Fe, available Mn, available Ca, available Cu, available Mg and total salt. Vc content was positively correlated with contents of organic matters, total N, available Mn, and available Ca, but negatively correlated with total P. Fruit quality in Z. jujube Lingwuchangzao was affected by several soil nutrient factors, among which organic matter content was the major factor. Thus, organic fertilizer was suggested to be added during production to increase organic matter content in soil, in order to improve fruit quality.
