农村土地流转与劳动生产率变化——基于CIRS调查数据的实证分析

Rural Land Circulation and Change of Labor Productivity:an Empirical Analysis Based on CIRS Survey Data

基于CIRS2016年数据,通过构建一个面向农村土地流转市场的农户决策分析模型,从理论和实证两方面分析了农村土地流转对劳动生产率的影响。研究发现:(1)农村土地流转可以显著提高农户的劳动生产率。(2)农村土地流转发生后,流入农村土地的农户因为规模经营,使用先进农业机械设备提升了农业生产效率,实现农户劳动生产率的提高。(3)流出农村土地的农户劳动生产率因为从事非农务工活动提升劳动效率而提高。(4)未参与农村土地流转农户的劳动生产率维持原有水平不变。

Based on the data of CIRS in 2016, this paper has analyzed the impact of rural land circulation on labor productivity theoretically and empirically by constructing an analytical model of farmers＇ decision-making in the market of rural land transfer. The main findings of the study are as follows： In the first place, rural land transfer can significantly improve the labor productivity of farmers. In the second, after experiencing the rural land transfer, the farmers who flow into the rural land have increased the agricultural production efficiency and realized the enhancement of farmers＇ labor productivity because of the scale operation and the use of advanced agricultural machinery and equipment. In addition, the labor productivity of farmers who flow out rural land has increased as a result of the engagement of non-agricultural activities to improve labor efficiency. Last but not least, the labor productivity of farmers who are not involved in rural land transfer is maintained at the same level as the original.
