摘要
棒行程壳体是控制棒驱动机构的关键零部件。以第三代核电棒行程壳体为研究对象,采用理论和试验相结合的方法,建立细长杆受力模型和ANSYS有限元分析模型,分析比较中心架和跟刀架辅助支撑对变形的影响规律,解决了细长杆且有盲孔结构的棒行程壳体在加工中易弯曲变形的问题,确定了加工方案,使加工精度满足要求。
The rod stroke housing is a key component for the control rod drive mechanism. By taking the third generation nuclear rod stroke housing as the research object, the slender rod stress model and the ANSYS finite element analysis model were established based on the combination of theory and experiment. By analyzing and comparing the regular pattern on the impact of the ancillary support of center rest and follower rest to the deformation the rod yieldingness and deformation during processing of the rod stroke housing with blind-hole structured slender rod was resolved. Thus the processing scheme that could satisfy the processing accuracy was defined.
