摘要
目的:优化会诊流程,提升会诊时效与质量,实现对院内会诊的全过程监管。方法:针对院内会诊的现状和问题,引入闭环管理理念,优化设计会诊流程,改造会诊系统。结果:建立基于闭环管理的院内会诊系统。结论:基于闭环管理的院内会诊系统完善了会诊监管手段,在辅助临床会诊、提升会诊效率和质量、提高医院医疗水平等方面具有重要意义。
Objective: To improve the consultation process, efficiency and quality, and realize the whole process management of hospital multidisciplinary consultation (HMC). Methods: Analyzes the status and problems of hospital consultation, introduces the concept of closed-loop management, and rebuilds the hospital multidisciplinary consultation system. Results: A HMC system based on closed-loop management was established. Conclusions: The HMC system based on closed-loop management assists doctors to complete clinical consultation on standard process, increases the efficiency and quality of consultation, improves supervisory methods, and enhances medical treatment level.
