摘要
目的:解决医疗质量控制管理中的难点问题,确保质控工作能够有效、良性运行。方法:建立以麻醉、重症、急诊等专业质控指标为基础的医疗质控信息化平台。结果:及时发现科室建设存在的不规范及缺陷,各医院、各区域存在的共性及个性不良事件,消除了制约医疗质控信息化发展的瓶颈。结论:通过建立多级质控数据中心,有效提高急危重症医疗过程的整体医疗质量、医护人员的医疗技能和医疗水平,降低围术期不良事件的发生率及死亡率,改善医疗机构的社会形象。
Objective: To solve the difficult problems in the management of medical quality control and to ensure that the quality control work can be effective and benign. Methods: Establish a medical quality control information platform based on the quality control index of anesthesia, severe and emergency. Results: It was found that there were irregularities and defects in the department, and the common and individual adverse events existed in each hospital and each region, which eliminated the bottleneck restricting the development of medical quality control information. Conclusion: Through the establishment of multi-level quality control data center, effectively improve the emergency medical treatment of the overall medical quality, medical staff medical skills and medical level, reduce the incidence of perioperative adverse events and mortality, and improve the social image of medical institutions.
