大学生村官创业对于新农村建设具有重要意义。基于江苏省X市创业大学生村官的调查数据,分析创业大学生村官面临技术、资金和销售等方面的困难以及希望获得的支持,提出改善创业环境、加大政策扶植力度和落实、开展创业培训指导、强化项目支持、组建创业团队、整合其他社会力量支持大学生村官创业等政策建议。

College-graduate village official business creation is of great significance to the construction of rural. This paper analyses college-graduate village official nowadays face technology, money, market difficulties in business creation and expect to have corresponding supports, also propose some policy recommendations as follows： strengthen policy support and implementation, carry out entrepreneurship training guidance, offer project support, build entrepreneurial team, integrate other social forces to support college-graduate village official business creation, and etc.
