摘要 "站城一体开发"是TOD理论与亚洲高密度城市特征相结合的一种可持续发展理念。大阪-梅田枢纽在"站城一体化"发展进程中逐步建立了与其复杂的建成环境相适应的公共空间系统。该系统包含城市与建筑多元化空间要素,由地下、地面和空中三个竖向层次构成;在结构上呈现层级与网络秩序,在功能上兼顾交通与生活需求,在环境上呼应生态与地域文脉,对枢纽地区城市空间效率的提升、秩序的优化和活力的激发产生了积极促进作用。 Integrated station-city development is a reference model for sustainable development of Asian high density cities. In the integrated development process of OsakaUmeda hub, the three-dimensional public space system of underground,ground and skyway has been built up gradually. This system which presents hierarchical and network order,combines transportation with living demands, and matches ecological and regional context, has played a positive role in improving efficiency, optimizing order and stimulating vitality in the hub area.
