5种乘用车高固含环保涂装工艺的初步介绍

摘要 为了满足不同汽车涂装工艺的需求,推进高固含技术更加成熟,研究分析了各种组合的汽车高固含涂装工艺,综合对比了不同高固含工艺的VOC排放、改造和运行成本、实验室中外观和性能等方面的差异,认为3C2B高固含是目前老线改造适宜采用的环保工艺,而3C1B高固含配套2K清漆工艺是政策支持下发展的方向。 In order to meet the different needs of the automobile coating process and promote high solid technology more mature, the various combinations of the automobile high solid coating process are analyzed, and the high solid technologies are compared by VOC emission, transformation and operation cost, the difference of appearance and performance in the laboratory. The results show that the 3C2B high solid technology is the best environmentally-friendly painting technology, the "3C1B high solid technology+2K vanish" is the policy support of the development direction.
