摘要
对城轨车辆涂装工艺由高压无气喷涂改造为混气静电喷涂的实施方案进行了论述,以达到城轨车辆涂装过程中的物料低消耗、降低VOC排放及改善涂装车间工作环境的目标,为提升城轨车辆涂装环保性能提供了参考。
This paper presents a execute solution of aluminum alloy urban rail vehicle coating process from high-pressure airless spraying to mixed gas scheme of electrostatic spraying. Low materials consumption, low VOC emissions and improvement of the working environment of painting workshop will be achieved. It provides reference for improving environmental performance of urban rail vehicle coating.
