Analysis of high-concerned chemicals potentially involved in leather finishing

分类概述了皮革涂饰工段所涉及的化学品,并着重归纳和总结了皮革涂饰中可能使用的高关注化学品及其在国内外的限量情况、检测方法、标准。结合我国皮革行业化学品监管现状,提出借鉴发达国家的经验,逐步建立化学品风险评估、管理与控制机制,完善化学品安全监管体系,从源头避免有害化学物质的使用,以积极应对国际绿色贸易壁垒问题,提升行业的环境管理水平和竞争力。

The chemicals potentially involved in leather finishing were summarized and classified by their perform- ances. The chemicals with high concern, as well as their limit requirements in products, test methods, and domestic and abroad standards were concluded. Based on current situation about leather chemicals regulation in China, the pro- posals were put forward by learning advanced experiences from those developed countries, so as to build up the system for risk assessment, management and control of chemicals and to improve the chemical safety supervision. The harmful chemicals should be avoid from the source so as to coping with the international green trade barrier positively. It is hoped that the level of environmental management and the competitiveness of our leather industry can be improved in this way.
