近年来我国重负荷柴油机已基本实现了技术自主化,OEM提出美国API规格已不适用于国内的柴油机技术和长换油周期的使用需求,台架试验是研制发动机油的重要评价手段。从必要性和台架研究基础两个方面讲解了建立我国长寿命柴油机油台架试验的重要意义。

In recent years, with the fast development of independent technology on heavy -duty diesel engine design and production, OEM puts forward the API specification has been not applied to domestic engine hardware design technology and the demand of the long drain interval. The rig test is an important evaluating tool to develop engine oil. This paper introduces the significance of establishing Chinese long drain diesel engine oil rig test from both the necessity and study basis.
