Transformer Oil Production Technology and Product Introduction at Home and Abroad

文章主要介绍了变压器油的生产工艺,矿物型变压器油是目前应用最广泛的变压器油类型,由原油经过溶剂精制工艺或深度加氢工艺生产而得,芳烃类合成油、合成酯绝缘油等类型的变压器油也有自己的突出优点,应用领域也很广泛。同时介绍了采用纳米材料改进矿物型变压器油性能研究工作进展。介绍了国内主要变压器油产品以及Nynas公司和Shell公司环烷基变压器油类型。

This article mainly introduces the production process of transformer oil and points out that the mineral type trans- former oil is currently the most widely used type of transformer oil, which is obtained with solvent refining process or deep hydrogenation process by crude oil. Aromatic hydrocarbon synthetic oil, synthetic ester insulating oil also have outstanding advantages, with wide application fields. This paper also describes the research progress on improving the performances of mineral transformer oil using nano - materials, and involving the domestic transformer oil products and types of naphthene transformer oils in Nynas and Shell Company.
