摘要
为了探究预混料厂粉尘浓度的测量方法及粉尘浓度测量时的质量浓度转换系数K值,实现对预混料厂粉尘浓度的在线监测,分别采用滤膜称重测尘法和便携式微电脑粉尘仪测尘法对两家预混料厂粉尘浓度进行了测量。结果表明:预混料厂不同粉尘发生点的粉尘浓度存在显著差异(P<0.05),小料投料口处的粉尘浓度最高。使用便携式微电脑粉尘仪测尘法测量粉尘浓度时,预混料厂大料投料口、小料投料口、打包口和厂内工作场所4处测尘点的质量浓度转换系数K值分别为0.292、0.249、0.182和0.194。在正确预置K值条件下,微电脑法和滤膜法所测粉尘浓度结果无差异。研究为预混料厂粉尘浓度测量时质量浓度转换系数K值的选择提供参考,并为预混料厂粉尘控制提供理论依据。
In order to investigate the method of measuring dust concentration in the premix plant and the mass concentration conversion coefficient K-value for the dust concentration measurement, and to achieve on-line monitoring of the dust concentration of the premix plant, the dust concentration of the two premix plants was measured by the weighing filter membrane measurement method and the porta- ble microcomputer dust meter measurement method respectively. The results showed that: there was a significant difference in dust concentration at different dust spots in the premix plant(P〈0.05), and the concentration of dust at the feeding port of the vitamins and minerals premix was generally high. When the dust concentration was measured by the portable microcomputer dust meter measurement method, the K-value of the mass concentration conversion coefficient of the four kinds of dust collection points in the premix plant, the feeding port of premix carrier, the feeding port of the vitamins and minerals premix, the packing port and the factory working environment were 0.292, 0.249, 0.182 and 0.194, respectively. Under the condition of presetting K-value correctly, there was no difference in dust concentration between the two measurement methods. This study provides a reference for the selection of mass concentration conversion coefficient, K-value, in the dust concentration measurement of premix plant and provides the theoretical basis for the dust control of premix plant.
