椰子油微胶囊对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清生化指标及其肠道菌群的影响

Effect of coconut oil microcapsule on growth performance,serum biochemical indices and fecal microflora of weaning piglets

试验旨在探讨在饲粮中添加椰子油微胶囊对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清生化指标及其肠道菌群的影响。选取90头25日龄"杜×长×大"三元杂交断奶仔猪,随机分为3组,每组3个重复,每个重复10头。分别饲喂基础饲粮(CON组)、基础饲粮+3%以大米糖浆为壁材的椰子油微胶囊(A组)、基础饲粮+3%以大米蛋白肽-糖浆为壁材的椰子油微胶囊(B组)。试验期37 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,添加以大米蛋白肽-糖浆为壁材的椰子油微胶囊显著提高了断奶仔猪日增重、日采食量和表观消化率,也能使血清总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白含量提高,甘油三酯含量降低。各组试验仔猪肠道菌群无显著差异。综上所述,饲粮中添加椰子油微胶囊可提高断奶仔猪的生长性能,改善养分表观消化率。

This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects dietary of coconut oil microcapsule on growth performance, serum biochemical indices and fecal microflora of weaning piglets. A total of 90 25-day-old weaning piglets （Duroc xLandraceXYorkshire） were randomly assigned into 3 groups with 3 replicates per group and 10 piglets per replicate. Each group was offered one of the following di- ets：the basal diet in control group, the basal diet＋3% coconut oil microcapsule with rice syrup as wall system in A group, the basal diet＋3% coconut oil microcapsule with rice peptide, rice syrup as wall system in B group, respectively. The experiment lasted for 37 days.The results showed as follows： com- pared with the control group, dietary supplementation of coconut oil microcapsule with rice peptide, rice syrup as wall system significantly increased the average daily gain,average daily feed intake and nutrient apparent digestibility. Increase the contents of total protein, albumin, globulin and triglyceride in serum.No significant differences were found in the number of fecal microflora among all groups. The results indicated that supplementation of coconut oil microcapsule in piglets diet can improve the growth performance of piglets, improve nutrient apparent digestibility.
