高动态范围(HDR)是超高清电视的重要技术指标之一,与现有的电视系统相比,HDR系统提供更接近人眼可感知的动态范围,能更真实的将自然场景进行呈现。国内外标准化组织都积极开展了HDR相关标准化工作,涉及到节目制作、编码、传输、解码、显示和接口等各个技术环节。本文重点介绍HDR电视系统基本定义,并跟踪研究了国内外HDR标准化进展情况。

High dynamic range（HDR）is one of the key technologies of UHDTV. Compared with the existing TV system, HDR system offers a dynamic range which is closer to human eyes and real scenes. Standardization organizations have done much work on HDR standardization, including program production, encoding, transmission, decoding, displaying, interfaces etc. This paper mainly introduces the definition of HDR and summarizes the latest developments of HDR standardization.
