随着广播电视技术的发展提升和国家相关政策标准的出台推动,国内AVS+地面数字电视公益覆盖网络进入了高速发展时期。在网络覆盖全国化进程不断加速的当下,如何有效的掌握网络的信号质量和覆盖效果,实现更好的为未来网络优化科学决策、为终端受众需求科学服务的目的,我台结合湖南本地的实际情况进行了一定的研究和探索。

With the development of radio and television technology and the release of related standards, the AVS ＋ DTTB network is coming into a high-speed developing period. Combined with the local situation in Hunan, this paper explores how to effectively control the network signal quality and coverage effect, how to make better decision for the future network and how to scientifically serve the terminal users.
