本文首先提出了省级监测平台的境况与推动开展地市级监测工作的必要性,并探讨了地市级监测工作对省级监测监管的支持作用,提出了推动开展地市级监测工作的方法,最后介绍了山东省移动监测平台的建设方案。

This paper first puts forward the situation of provincial monitoring platform and the necessity to establish a monitoring platform. And then, it discusses the supporting function of prefectural monitoring platform and proposes a method of prefectural monitoring. Finally, it introduces a mobile monitoring platform of Shandong province.
