镉胁迫后旱柳SOD活性的变化分析 被引量:2

摘要 本研究用不同浓度的镉(对照组(0 mg/L)、低浓度组(2.5 mg/L)、高浓度组(50 mg/L))胁迫旱柳(Salixmatsudana)无性系,并测定了各处理组不同时间超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性变化情况以评估旱柳对镉胁迫的耐受性,结果表明:低浓度组和高浓度组的SOD活性均会随着胁迫时间的延长而出现先下降再上升的趋势;无论是高浓度还是低浓度的镉胁迫,旱柳都变现出强的耐受性,在30 d时SOD的活性达到296~322 u/g FW。旱柳SOD活性变化跟胁迫的镉浓度和时间都有关,旱柳能通过调节SOD活性来适应镉胁迫,表现出对镉具有很强的耐受性。 The clones of Salix matsudana were treated with different cadmium concentrations and their SOD activity was inspected to assess the tolerance of cadmium stress in S. matsudana. The results showed that there was a trend from decline to rise in both of the low cadmium-treating group and the high cadmium-treating group of S. matsudana with extension of time. Either high cadmium concentration stress or low cadmium concentration stress, S. matsudana appeared strong tolerance. The activity of SOD of both groups reached 296-322 u/ g FW in 30 days. The changes of SOD activity were related with the cadmium concentration and the time of stress in S. matsudana. Through regulating SOD activity to adapt to cadmium stress, S. matsudana exhibited a strong tolerance to cadmium.
