摘要
某公司扩建燃机工程,主机选用三菱机组,冷却塔、循泵房等布置场地有限,通过优化循环水冷端参数,如机组的设计背压、凝汽器的面积、循环水的最佳冷却倍率和循泵特性等,找到最佳冷端设备配置,使得机组在最佳的"机组多维工况点"运行,一方面保证机组的热耗最低、出力最大;另一方面要求冷端设备的投资和运行费用最省,从而降低工程造价,保证机组长期经济运行。
A gas turbine expansion project, uses the Mitsubishi units as its main engine, and its cooling tower and circulating water pump station layout space are limited, through the parameters optimization of circulating water cold end, as design back-pressure of the unit, section of condenser, optical cooling ratio of circulating water and the character of circulation pump etc., we find the optical configuration of cold end, to make the unit running at the optical operation point, it ensures the lowest host consumption and most powerful, and requires lowest investigation of cold end equipment and operating cost, so as to reduce the project cost, and ensure the long-term economic operation of the unit.
