基于输电设备检修费用的状态检修策略研究

摘要 在原有电力设备两状态模型的基础上加入3个缺陷状态,建立了适合于输电设备运行状态和考虑检修影响的五状态模型;提出了以设备检修费用最小为目标的输电设备状态检修最优策略模型。确定设备的状态检修策略,不但节省了大量的检修费用,而且可以大大延长输电设备的平均首次故障时间,提高输电设备运行的可靠性。 This paper introduces three defect states based on two-state model which is normal or fault, establishes the five-states model of transmission equipment which can reflect equipment running status and the influence of maintenance strategy. Then, this paper establishes a model for maintenance strategy optimization of power transmission equipment, whose optimization objective is minimum cost of single device maintenance. The condition-based maintenance of the equipment can not only save a lot of maintenance costs, but also greatly prolong the average initial fault time of the transmission equipment and improve the operation reliability of the transmission equipment.
