In recent years, the hotel construction has developed very quickly in China. During the hotel renovation, how to effectively save the cost, improve the competitiveness becomes the actual problem. This paper based on the cost management, analyzes the composition, characteristic and affecting factors of cost management in hotel decoration project, to provide reference for related engineering.
