摘要 高燃料比是阻碍COREX工艺进一步推广的主要限制性因素。本文分析了造成这一问题的主要原因并提出了解决措施。熔炼炉内料柱过高造成初始煤气温度过低,从而导致竖炉还原气氧化度过高。还原气质量的恶化导致海绵铁金属化率过低。海绵铁金属化率过低是造成燃料比过高的根本原因。因此,将熔炼炉内的料柱高度调节至适宜的水平是解决高燃料比问题的关键措施。降低料柱高度还可收到改善熔炼炉工作条件的效果。 High fuel consumption is the main problem to block the farther development of COREX. The basic causation and a resolving method of it was discussed in this paper. Theory and industrial practise have been indicated that the stock column in a melter-gasifier of C3000 is too high. It caused a too low original temperature of gas in the melter-gasifier and a too high oxidization rate of the reduction gas for above reduction shaft. The degree of metallization of DRI was too low due to the tinpot reduction gas. Low metallization degree of DRI was the main causation of a high fuel consumption. To regulate the Height of stock column to a suitable level is the sticking point to solve above problem. A lower stock column can also improve the working condition in a melter-gasifier.
