摘要
针对金属铸造对超声波技术的需求,分析了超声波金属铸造的基本原理,研究了超声波金属铸造电源系统发展现状和趋势,对超声波铸造智能电源的主体结构进行了设计,对智能电源系统各个关键子系统的设计方案进行了分析和优选,形成了整流电路、逆变器、控制模块的设计方法和途径,为超声波铸造技术的工业化推广奠定了理论基础。
For the demand of metal casting for ultrasonic technology, the basic principle of ultrasonic metal casting is analyzed, the development status and trend of ultrasonic metal casting power supply system were studied, the main structure of intelligent power supply for ultrasonic casting is designed, the design scheme of each key subsystem of intelligent power system is analyzed and optimized, the design method and approach of rectifying circuit, inverter and control module are formed, which laid the the oretical foundation for the industrialization promotion of ultrasonic casting technology.
