摘要 科技的进步使挖矿手段更加丰富,传统的常规筒式磁选机只能对细颗粒物料进行分选,而且分选内部空间范围很小,矿石在分选时互相挤压,很容易对设备造成破坏。外磁式磁选机能够对粗粒级磁铁矿和混合铁矿做出有效分选,磁系外置也方便了工作人员的检查。对新型外磁式磁选机在金属矿山选矿厂中的应用进行研究,介绍了外磁式磁选机的工作原理和工作结构,与常规筒式磁选机和电磁磁选机进行对比,分析了外磁式磁选机的预选和回收能力。研究证明,外磁式磁选机的工作效率很高,耗时更短,消费成本更低,具有广阔的发展空间。 The progress of science and technology makes the mining means richer. The traditional conventional drum type magnetic separator can only fine particles sorting, and the separation of the internal space is very small, the ore in the separation of mutual extrusion, it is easy to damage the equipment. The external magnetic separator can effectively classify coarse grain magnetite and mixed iron ore, and the magnetic system is also convenient for the staff to check. Research on Application of new magnetic separator in ore dressing plant in metal mines, introduces the working principle and structure of magnetic separator, compared with conventional drum type magnetic separator and magnetic separator, magnetic separator is analyzed and the primary recovery ability. The research shows that the external magnetic separator has high efficiency, shorter time consuming, lower consumption cost, and has a broad space for development.
