井下采矿工作作为我国工业发展建设的基础内容之一,直接关乎到我国国民经济的发展与人们生活质量。井下采矿技术作为井下采矿工作的应用基础,受金属矿层的强度与结构、技术人员的技能与水平、开采企业的经济能力等因素的影响,使井下采矿工作出现一定的问题,制约井下采矿技术的实施与应用,制约采矿工作的发展。为此,本文将针对井下采矿技术所存在的问题进行分析与探讨,详细的制定出相应的优化策略。

Underground mining, as one of the basic contents of China＇s industrial development and construction, is directly related to the development of China＇s national economy and the quality of people＇s life. Underground mining technology as a basic application of underground mining work, influenced by the strength and structure of personnel, technical skills and the level of the metal ore mining enterprises, economic and other factors, so that the underground mining work appears some problems, the implementation and application of control of underground mining technology, restricting the development of mining work. Therefore, this paper will analyze and discuss the problems existing in the underground mining technology, and for mulate the corresponding optimization strategy in detail.
