摘要
本文针对铝铁合金中硅、磷、铜的常用检测方法存在操作繁琐、效率低等缺陷,找到了良好的解决方案,采用铝铁合金代替纯铝作为新型脱氧剂使用,能够有效降低成本,提高生产效率,缩短检测周期。在ICP―AES法测定铝铁合金中硅磷铜含量测定过程中,优化了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪的工作条件,提高结果精确度。
This paper commonly used detection methods for silicon, aluminum and iron alloy, copper phosphorus has complicated operation, low efficiency, find a good solution, using aluminum iron alloy instead of pure aluminum used as a deoxidizing agent, which can reduce cost, improve production efficiency, shorten the test cycle. Determination of copper content in Si Al Fe alloy ICP - AES determination process, inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer working conditions were optimized to improve the accuracy of results.
