摘要
石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定地球化学样品中痕量金是一个较好的方法,传统的样品分解方式是采用电热板的加热,具有加热快、温度高的特点,但是缺点也较为明显,如在加热过程中容易发生跳溅,造成样品损失、结果不准确,尤其是有机质含量高、碳酸盐型的样品,本方法拟采用水浴溶样的方式来解决这一问题。
Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace gold in geochemical samples is a good method, the traditional method is sample decomposition is heated by electric heating plate, has the characteristics of fast heating, high temperature, but also more obvious shortcomings, such as in the heating process prone to jump splash, cause sample loss, the result is not accurate, especially high content of organic matter, carbonate samples, this method adopts water bath digestion method to solve this problem.
