摘要
通过不同金属负载量催化剂的研究,制备Mn-Fe、Mn-Cu、Mn-Ru三种双金属臭氧催化剂,经过实验证实活性炭负载Mn-Cu的双金属臭氧催化剂去除臭氧的效果可达95%以上。之后研究Mn-Cu催化剂的影响在湿度和停留时间不同时的处理效率。经过实验研究湿度在干燥或80%左右的情况下去除效率较高;在停留时间达到0.03s后,去除效果可保持在一定稳定范围。
Three kinds of bimetallic ozone catalysts, Mn-Fe, Mn-Cu and Mn-Ru, were prepared by the study of different metal loading catalysts. The experiments proved that the effect of ozone removal by activated carbon supported Mn-Cu bimetallic ozone catalyst was more than 95%. Then the effect of Mn-Cu catalyst on the treatment efficiency was studied when humidity and residence time were different. The experimental results show that the removal efficiency of humidity is higher in the case of drying or about 80%, and the removal effect can be kept within a certain stable range when the residence time is 0.03 s.
