摘要
针对金属板料研究了数控渐进成型技术和数控铣削的残余高度计算方法,对比分析了方法的可应用性,并且通过实验验证了在不同技术手段下金属加工件的残余高度。实验表明在工艺参数相同的情况下,数控铣削技术和数控渐进成型技术形成的加工件表面残余高度相差较小。
According to the metal sheet, the numerical incremental forming technology and the residual height calculation method of NC milling were studied. The applicability of the method was compared and analyzed, and the residual height of the metal workpiece under different technical means was verified by experiments. The experimental results show that the difference of surface residual height between NC milling technology and NC incremental forming technology is small when the process parameters are the same.
